The king room was immaculate and very well taken care of, with a fabulous location close to Cognac, restaurants, and markets for supplies.

The double room was equipped with a microwave oven, central heating, and an iron, making it very convenient. the garden view was delightful and added charm to the stay. having the Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 tube station just a short 5-minute walk away was a great advantage.

Loved the cozy room and the tranquil garden. The continental breakfast was delightful, but who needs soy milk when you can enjoy powdered creamer? The location was blissfully secluded, perfect for escaping the real world.

I recently had a delightful stay at Gite Du Calme for 2 nights and wished I could have stayed longer. Julie, the host, made us feel right at home and the beautiful gardens and clean pool added to the relaxing atmosphere. The spacious and immaculate rooms were a perfect retreat, surrounded by vineyards and within easy access to charming towns. The shared kitchen and salon were a nice touch, and the complimentary homemade cookies at breakfast were a treat. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at this Gite accommodation. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The bed in the ground floor bedroom was incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and markets. The garden was a great space to relax. Even in January, the house was warm and inviting. The staff, Julia and her daughter Daisy, were welcoming and helpful.
